Belgrade, 07 May 2026, dtt-net.com – The government of Serbia is reviewing controversial recent changes of several judiciary laws after firm objections by the opposition, the European Commission and Venice Commission of Council of Europe (CoE).
The ministry of justice said it held today a second public hearing on “possible solutions for changes to the set of judicial laws”.
