Tirana, 03 July 2026, dtt-net.com – Albanian police said it arrested Friday 2 people during raids in two separate municipalities over illegal cultivation of cannabis.
In the first case said it arrested 2 for cultivation in the village of Vlahen of northern District of Kukës, and is searching for a third suspect. The mayor of Vlahën village is prosecuted for abuse of duty for not reporting the illegal activity in the territory of the village.
