Tirana, 31 July 2026, dtt-net.com – The former Deputy Prime minister of Albania and former Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku today is indicted by the Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) of abuse of office on more lots of capital Tirana’s road ring.
The former right-hand politician of the Prime Minister Edi Rama, who still enjoys parliamentary immunity and is being shielded from arrest requested by the prosecution, is charged on 6 more sections of constructions of the Tirana road ring, while she was previously indicted on same grounds for one section of the road ring and the Llogara Tunnel tender.
