Bosnia top court rules against Serb entity lobbying deal to USA government aiming for support for break-up the country

Sarajevo, 25 September 2026, dtt-net.com – The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), today ruled as unconstitutional the payments made from Serb entity’s budget to a Canadian company owned  by an Israeli national to lobby to the government of Donald Trump seeking support for break-up of the country and independence, on top of other similar contracts. The court said that total 64 million KM (32 million Euros), of which 24,5 euro millions from entity’s 2025 budget and 7,5 euro millions from 2026 budget are in breach of the constitution because of the purpose of the lobbying deal, and ordered halt of remaining payments of the amounts, and halt lobbying activities related.
