Tirana, 22 December 2025, dtt-net.com – Dozens of thousands of Albania citizens today attended anti-government protest called by the main opposition party, accusing the Prime Minister Edi Rama and his associates of corruption and links to organized crime.
The protest of today in capital Tirana calling for resignation of Rama and early elections, took place after indictment of Rama’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, on charges of breaches of rules on two public procurements and ongoing investigations on several others similar allegations of corruption.
