Tirana, 16 December 2025, dtt-net.com – Albania’s Special Prosecutor’s Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) today asked the Parliament to strip off parliamentary immunity of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, which it needs for her arrest amid indictment filled against her over breach of law related to two public procurements.
SPAK today announced that Balluku is also being investigated as suspect over another seven other public procurements.
