Sarajevo, 09 July 2025, dtt-net.com – The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) today lifted arrest warrants on the Prime Minister and Speaker of Parliament of Serb entity, days after the same on entity’s President, all three being investigated over unconstitutional law of entity of earlier this year which bans country’s court and state level police in the Serb entity territory.
The court announced its decision on the proposal of the prosecution after Radovan Višković and Nenad Stevandić appeared today at the court voluntarily, as did President Milorad Dodik five days ago.
