Sarajevo, 09 January 2026, dtt-net.com – The main Bosniak opposition party in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) today called prosecutor’s office to file charges against Serb entity officials for continuing to celebrate January 9 entity’s day which is declared unconstitutional by the Constitutional Court of the country.
The Party of Democratic Action (SDA) made the call in a press statement recalling that according to the criminal code those who do not respect top court’s ruling a prison sentence from six months to five years is foreseen.
