Sarajevo, 29 December 2025, dtt-net.com – The Prosecutor’s Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) said it has filed today an indictment against two former members of Serb entity forces on charges of Genocide in Srebrenica.
“The defendants are charged with knowingly aiding and abetting the crime of genocide against Bosniak victims after the fall of the UN-protected area of Srebrenica during a widespread and systematic attack by the VRS and the RS MUP,” the office said indicting Zoran Simanić and Dragan Jović.
