Sarajevo, 16 December 2025, dtt-net.com – Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) government will use all legal means to oppose plans of Croatia to build a nuclear waste facility near northern Bosnian border, officials in Sarajevo said after Croatian parliament yesterday adopted law paving the way for the project.
BiH’s Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Staša Košarac told reporters today that the government has hired an international law firm to tackle the dispute, including through Espoo (EIA) Convention which sets rulesover environmental impact of the project to neighbouring countries.
