Bosnia’s Constitutional Court suspends Serb entity’s law on financing of parties

Sarajevo, 09 December 2025, dtt-net.com – The top court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) today suspended law of Serb entity’s parliament of May this year which banned financing of all entity’s parties from state budget. The top court said that the law of 21 May, adopted on the initiative of the main ruling party of the former entity’s President Milorad Dodik, is in contradiction of BiH law on financing of parties.
