Podgorica, 31 December 2025, dtt-net.com – The Parliament of Montenegro today elected another member of the Constitutional Court, with one more empty seat remaining in top body.
Nikola Mugoša, proposed by the ruling parties, was elected with support of 61 lawmakers, while the candidate Predrag Krstonijević proposed by the President of the country Jakov Milatović did not sufficient votes for the position.
