Serb entity in Bosnia re-elects PM

Sarajevo, 18 January 2026, dtt-net.com – The Parliament of Serb entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) Sunday approved resignation and at the same time re-elected Savo Minic for prime minister post, days ahead of a ruling of country’s constitutional court on his controversial initial election because of being mandated by banned and dismissed pro-Russia President Milorad Dodik. Savo Minic was re-elected with 49 votes in favour in the 83-seat body. Opposition parties boycotted the voting.
