Belgrade, 25 November 2025, dtt-net.com - Collegium of Serbia’s Public Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime today accused authoritarian President Aleksandar Vucic and the government he controls of pressure and obstruction of the work of its prosecutors in several ongoing cases involving officials and also of plans to change laws aiming to abolish the special body.
The Collegium said in a media statement that Vucic, lawmakers and government members and media - close to the President and the ruling Progressive Party SNS) – are exercising pressure through public statements aimed at influencing outcome of ongoing cases.
