President Judge Graciela Gatti Santana of the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT) said the 83-year-old wartime military leader of Serbs in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) “has not demonstrated that the release he requests is justified”.
