Sarajevo, 10 July 2025, dtt-net.com – The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) today annulled a public job opening announced by the Serb entity institutions last month for separate election commission, following the law declared unconstitutional by BiH’s top court.
The top court also asked the state level prosecution to take “further action” over the matter on those in the Serb entity who refuse to implement its ruling.
