Sarajevo, 16 August 2025, dtt-net.com – On a complaint by two Bosniak lawmakers, the prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) has filed last month a criminal complaint against the Prime Minister Borjana Krišto, for refusing to act against a now former chief of country’s state level police, SIPA, who has refused to implement prosecution’s arrest warrant on the President of Serb entity and also for pushing Serb members of state police and country’s judicial structures to quit on the orders of entity’s leader, local media reported.
“There is reasonable suspicion that she committed two criminal offenses of abuse of official position or authority under Article 220 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” reads a copy of the filing by the prosecution, published by the news website raport.ba reported, following the complaint on the two by lawmakers Šemsudin Mehmedović and Jasmin Emrić.
