Bosnia prosecution abandons case on secessionist leaders following annulment of anti-Constitutional laws

Sarajevo, 04 November 2025, dtt-net.com – The prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) has halted investigation on the pro-Russia leaders of Serbs in the country and two of his associates over anti-constitutional law on banning country’s judiciary bodies and state level police in the territory of Serb entity. Local media reported today that the prosecution abandoned the investigation on the former President of entity, Milorad Dodik, Speaker of Serb entity Parliament Nenad Stevandić, and entity’s former Prime Minister Radovan Višković.
