Albania opposition vows to remove PM from office through new protests accusing him of massive corruption

Tirana, 05 November 2025, dtt-net.com – The leader of Albania opposition today vowed that the party he leads will launch new wave of protests against the Prime Minister Edi Rama until it removes him from office, accusing him and his government members of multiple cases of corruption. Sali Berisha of the Democratic Party (PD) said that the Rama is the main person to be blamed over the latest charges by the prosecution against the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, over a public tender for construction of a motorway tunnel.
