Podgorica, 06 November 2025, dtt-net.com – Montenegro’s Special Prosecution Office (SDT) has opened a case against country’s President for posthumous award of highest state order to Serbia Church representative Amfilohije Risto Radović, amid a complaint filed by a local NGO which accuses Jakov Milatovic of abuse of office and religious discrimination.
The SDT earlier this week asked Milatovic to hand over his decision and related documents which led to the award of Radović known to the Western Balkans public as cheerleader of Slobodan Milosevic and his criminal enterprise of the ‘90s and other Serb war criminals in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and Croatia, and also denier of Srebrenica Genocide and Montenegrin nation.
