Podgorica, 12 November 2025, dtt-net.com – The government of Montenegro is working to form a special court which would focus in the fight against corruption and organized crime and a working group is formed to write a draft-law.
The Minister of Justice Bojan Božović told lawmakers that the group tasked to prepare the draft-law consists of judges, prosecutors and officials of the ministry.
