Tirana/Brussels, 12 November 2025, dtt-net.com – Albania will Monday (November 17) open last cluster, of total six, composed of five negotiating chapters in EU membership negotiations.
The EU Council announced today that at the seventh meeting of the Accession Conference with Albania which takes place in Brussels the candidate country and the EU will open Cluster 5 ‘Resources, agriculture and cohesion’.
