Podgorica, 13 November 2025, dtt-net.com – The governing coalition of Montenegro today adopted new amendments to the Law on Foreigners which aim at tightening rules of residence rights to foreigners.
“The Government of Montenegro has adopted amendments to the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Foreigners, which define new measures for regulating the stay of foreign citizens in Montenegro,” the cabinet of the Prime Minister Milojko Spajic, announced.
