Podgorica, 30 September 2024, dtt-net.com – The main opposition party in Montenegro, the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) called for early parliamentary elections, after scoring best in Sunday municipal elections in capital Podgorica and leaving behind ruling parties in central level, but still uncertain to form a majority in the main town.
