Tirana, 25 November 2025, dtt-net.com – Albanian government of the Prime Minister Edi Rama has called the Constitutional Court to Albania to freeze the decision of the Special Court on Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO) of suspension from posts of the indicted Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku.
The government said in its filing that suspension of Balluku is in breach of the Constitution as she has the right to parliamentary immunity.
