Sarajevo, 05 December 2025, dtt-net.com – A judge of The Hague-based UN court of war crimes today denied an application of a former commander of Bosnia Serbs army for early release after serving 2/3rd of his 29-year sentence.
The President Judge of International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals Graciela Gatti Santana said that Dragomir Milošević ‘fails to establish compelling humanitarian grounds warranting his early release”.
