Prishtina, 14 December 2025, dtt-net.com - Election appellate body of Kosovo has annulled Central Election Commission’s (CEC) decision of last week not to certify 33 candidates of the Serb List for December 28 new parliamentary elections.
Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) took the decision after a complaint of the party which is formed in 2013 and controlled by Serbia’s authoritarian President Aleksandar Vucic and his Progressive Party (SNS).
