Belgrade, 24 December 2025, dtt-net.com – The High Court in Serbia’s northern town of Novi Sad today rejected the indictment by the prosecutor’s office for organized crime on a former minister charged over collapse of train station canopy in November 2024 which killed 16 people, including a student.
Judges of the non-trial panel voted against charges on former minister of Construction Goran Vesić and five others of total thirteen indicted by the prosecution, saying that there is no sufficient evidence brought by prosecution.
