Sarajevo, 30 December 2025, dtt-net.com – The Prosecutor’s Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) said it filed today indictment on two former members of Bosniak forces of war crimes on Croat children during the 1992-1995 war in the country.
“The Prosecutor's Office of BiH has filed an indictment against Keleštur Mensud* aka "Keli", born in 1959 in Zenica, and Jašarević Hazim* aka "Šimek", born in 1953 in Vitez. They are charged with having acted contrary to the provisions of the Geneva Conventions on the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War during the war and armed conflict between the ARBiH and the HVO, as commanders of the Army of the Republic of BiH,” the prosecutor’s office said in a press statement.
