Belgrade, 27 January 2026, dtt-net.com – Thousands of Serbia students, professors and citizens today took the streets of capital Belgrade, but also in northern town of Novi Sad, accusing authorities of attack on education system autonomy.
Protesters accuse the government controlled by the authoritarian President Aleksandar Vucic of attempts to put under its political control public universities and other parts of the education system, including secondary schools.
