Tirana, 03 February 2026, dtt-net.com – The Constitutional Court of Albania continues to delay a final decision on the ruling of the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO) banning the indicted Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku from holding positions, while it has temporarily suspended the ban allowing her to return in the office.
The Constitutional Court was expected today to announce its final ruling after a hearing it had last month, but judges of the top court delayed it to an unknown date, according to local media reports.
