EU Commission asks W. Balkans countries to tackle problems of their angry truck drivers with member states after failed talks

Brussels, 16 February 2026, dtt-net.com – The European Commission (EC) said it will try to continue negotiations with Western Balkans countries’ authorities and truck drivers over problems they are facing with EU visa rules in their daily import/export of merchandise to and from EU territory, but at the same time it asked them to address their problems with governments of EU member states.
