Tirana, 22 March 2026, dtt-net.com – Protesters and police clashed today in capital Tirana, as the opposition keeps holding anti-government protests calling for resignation of the Prime Minister Edi Rama, a technical government and early elections.
The opposition Democratic Party (PD) accuses Rama and his officials of the Socialist Party (PS) of corruption, embezzlement of state fund and election fraud with accusations mounting after indictment of the former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy Belinda Balluku last year.
