Podgorica, 07 April 2026, dtt-net.com – A proposal of pro-Serbia lawmaker to the Parliament of Montenegro for making an old controversial flag a second official one was rejected.
23 lawmakers voted against, 21 in favour and 13 abstained on the proposal of the Democratic People's Patty (DNP) of MP Milan Knezevic to make red-blue-white flag official too in the country, which parties of ethnic Montenegrins reject and consider it of being Serbia’s old flag.
