Tirana, 29 April 2026, dtt-net.com – Albanian and Italian companies today signed an agreement for joint manufacturing and maintenance of vessels in Albania.
Albania’s state-owned KAYO company - specializing in the development of strategic industrial infrastructure - signed a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) to establish a joint venture (JV) with Italian shipbuilder Financtieri.
