Skopje, 13 May 2026, dtt-net.com – Albanian students in North Macedonia will hold a second protest in Skopje on May 18, to once again demand from the government of the Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski they take bar exam in their native language,
“In front of the Stone Bridge for our language! 18.05.2026 (Monday) | 16:30 . Don't miss it, come out and defend the language!” they called through Facebook announcement.
The first protest was held on April 6, but the Minister of Justice Igor Filkov (Macedonian) continues to reject their request, while government officials, including Mickoski, continue saying that a working group is working to find “a solution”.
