Tirana, 04 June 2026, dtt-net.com – The former Deputy Prime Minister and former Minister of Infrastructure and Energy and right-hand of the Prime Minister Edi Rama, Belinda Balluku is suspected of additional wrongdoing during her previous top position held at a public company.
The Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) today said that it seized a villa in coastal municipality of Dhërmi, which Balluku is suspected of obtaining illegally from a private company after awarding it a construction tender when she was head of Albcontrol public enterprise in 2018.
