Podgorica, 07 July 2026, dtt-net.com - The parliament of the Montenegro today voted in favour of launching procedures to make two constitutional changes, related to the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) and changes over country’s central bank.
On both proposals of the government, 74 lawmakers voted for, 3 against and none abstained.
