Prishtina, 22 July 2026, dtt-net.com – A Kosovo public enterprise said it demolished Tuesday 11 villas constructed illegally on its property on the shores of Lake Ujman in the Serb-predominantly municipality of Zubin Potok.
“As part of the ongoing implementation of activities to return public properties usurped through unauthorized construction, an action was carried out today in the area known as "Albanian Beach", on the shores of Lake Ujman. During the action, 11 buildings (villas) built in violation of the legislation in force were removed,” the enterprise said in a press release, over the action carried out by the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning (MESP), through the competent Inspectorate, with the assistance of the Kosovo Police.
