Podgorica, 03 August 2026, dtt-net.com – The President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatovic, Monday decreed a total of 35 laws, including revised changes to the law on internal affairs and to the law on national security agency, after the first of government-sponsored version, which he, the opposition and the European Commission had contested.
