Podgorica, 10 November 2023, dtt-net.com – In a bizarre move by the new Speaker of Montenegro’s parliament, Andrija Mandic, today’s session of the legislative body was held without presence of many lawmakers, at least without those from three opposition parties, with one of the parties announcing file criminal charges against the pro-Russia and pro-Serbia chairman of the parliament over what it called “a scandal that is unprecedented in the history of world parliamentarism.”
