Tirana, 05 August 2026, dtt-net.com – Albanian KAYO and Italian Fincantieri companies today established joint venture ‘Fincantieri Albania’ for manufacturing and maintenance of vessels in Albania.
Albania’s state-owned KAYO company - specializing in the development of strategic industrial infrastructure – today in Genova signed with Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri the Founding Act and the Statute of the company "Fincantieri Albania" to be headquartered in Albanian town of Vlora.
