Sarajevo, 19 August 2026, dtt-net.com – The constitutional Court of Serb entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) today rejected a complaint of Bosniak lawmakers against amended law by entity’s parliament which bans flags, symbols, insignia and promotion of country’s army in entity’s territory.
The court said that the complaint is “irrelevant, because the disputed law does not relate to the flag of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina…”
