Belgrade, 25 August 2026, dtt-net.com – Eleven lawmakers of two opposition parties in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) today filed a complaint to country’s Constitutional Court over amended law by Serb entity’s parliament banning flags, symbols, insignia and promotion of country’s army in entity’s territory.
Deputies from the main bosniak party, the Party of Democratic Action (SDA), and from the ethnicaly mixed Democratic Front (DF) in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament submitted a request to the Constitutional Court of BiH for a review of the constitutionality of amended crriminal code of last month.
