Tirana, 26 October 2026, dtt-net.com - An Albania national was detained Monday by local police after entering 11 illegal migrants from Greece and attempting to smuggle them to the EU territory further north.
Immigrants intercepted are prosecuted for illegally crossing the state border. As part of the operation, the citizen V.D. was arrested in the act, while transporting by vehicle (van), 11 citizens from Iran and Iraq, against payment of 2500 euros per person.
