Albania and North Macedonia sign deals with neighbouring EU members over faster movement of goods at border crossings

Brussels, 17 December 2025, dtt-net.com – Albania, North Macedonia, as well as Moldova, as candidate countries for membership in the EU, today signed bilateral agreements with Greece, Bulgaria and Italy on custom cooperation aimed at accelerating movement of goods at border crossings. The agreements over fast-track lanes between the countries are signed today in Brussels in the presence of the EU Commissioner in charge of enlargement of European bloc, Marta Kos.
