Sarajevo, 31 January 2025, dtt-net.com – Following yesterday’s adoption of the law on Border Control and the law on Protection of Personal Data, the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) needs to adopt law on BiH Court and law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC), in order to meet EU requirements for formal opening of membership negotiations in the European bloc, with officials hoping that the two will be adopted by the end of February.
