Tirana, 19 March 2026, dtt-net.com – A new report on “Freedom in the World” says that of six Western Balkans countries, Albania scores most points, while Serbia the less.
Albania is ranked best in the region, in the report of 2026 of the Washington-based Freedom House report, with 69 points out of a possible 100, of which 28/40 in political rights and 41/60 in civil rights. Last year, Albania had 68 points out of a possible 100, thus losing 1 point.
