Tirana, 12 May 2025, dtt-net.com – The ruling Socialist Party (PS) of Edi Rama is the winner of May 11 elections, with 52,49 % of votes and likely to have 82 seats in the 140-seat parliament for another four-year mandate, according to 71,82 % of votes counted until Monday midnight by the Central Election Commission (CEC).
