Tirana, 15 March 2026, dtt-net.com – Albanian opposition Democratic Patty (PD) announced another “national” street protest seeking resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama, a technical government and early elections.
“Sunday 22 March, 18h, National Protest: against corruption, against Edi Rama,” the head of PD’s parliamentary group Gazment Bardhi wrote at his Facebook account, as tensions between the two sides mounting, with the opposition accusing Rama and his Socialist Party (PS) of corruption, embezzlement of state budget, links with organized crime and election fraud.
